Staff Room Revamp

Our staff at The Hills Little Learners are dedicated, hardworking educators and it was time to refresh and revamp our staff room as it has been a while since we have got the chance to do this, and like all staff rooms, they tend to get looked over and left behind or become a storage space. Our educators are always busy looking after the rooms and creating amazing environments for our children, it was time to create one for them as well.

Our aim was to create a space where the educators can relax on their lunch break, a space that feels welcoming and homely but also create a vibe where we can all connect as a team.

Safe to say everyone has been thrilled with the new changes and we hope to keep adding to our staff room for our educator’s health and wellbeing.
